1. What we collect

  • Your name and email address when you buy, sign up for free resources or contact us
  • Billing details, processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number
  • Your course progress: which lessons you've watched and completed
  • Basic website analytics, such as pages visited and device type

2. Why we collect it

To give you access to the course, process payments, provide support, send you the emails you asked for, and improve the course and site.

3. Marketing emails

If you opt in, we'll send occasional sales and career emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link and you can opt out at any time.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the business: our ecommerce and course platform, payment processor, email provider and analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Where it's stored

Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information appropriately.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart and login working and to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may stop working.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Email hello@sellwithroxy.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Deleting your account ends your course access.

8. Security

We use reputable providers with encryption in transit and restricted access. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

9. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, contact us first. If you're still unsatisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
