Terms and conditions

These terms apply to your purchase and use of The Sales Playbook and this website, operated by Sell With Roxy (ABN 80 241 124 181), Australia. By buying or using the course you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

The Sales Playbook is a digital educational course delivered online. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course content, workbook and downloadable resources for as long as the course remains available, referred to as yours to keep.

2. Your account

Access is tied to one person and one login. Sharing your login, or distributing, reselling or reproducing the videos, scripts or workbook, isn't permitted and may result in access being revoked without refund.

3. Payment

Prices are in Australian dollars. GST is not currently charged. Payment plans offered through Afterpay or Klarna are governed by those providers' own terms.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 30 day refund on the following basis: complete modules 01 to 03 and the first week of the 30 day challenge, then email hello@sellwithroxy.com within 30 days of purchase. Your progress is recorded in your account. If you have completed that work and the course hasn't been worth it to you, we'll refund your purchase in full.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy if the course isn't of acceptable quality, doesn't match its description, or isn't fit for the purpose we described.

5. No guarantee of results

The Sales Playbook is education, not advice about your specific circumstances. Results depend on your effort, industry, experience and factors outside our control. Nothing in the course is financial, legal, tax or employment advice, and no particular income, job outcome or salary increase is promised or guaranteed. Any student results shared are individual experiences and aren't typical or expected outcomes.

6. Content and updates

The eight modules and the resource vault are complete at the time of purchase. We may add, update or remove material over time. If a material part of the course is removed, we'll tell you in advance.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, including videos, scripts, templates, the workbook and this website, remains the intellectual property of Sell With Roxy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the course available continuously but can't guarantee uninterrupted access. Where access is disrupted for an extended period, we'll extend or remedy it fairly.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
