Digital products

The Objection Kit and The Sales Playbook are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Because you get the whole thing straight away, we cannot accept a return in the ordinary sense. What we offer instead is below.

The 30 day guarantee on The Sales Playbook

If you have worked through modules 01 to 03 and the first week of the 30 day challenge, and you honestly do not think the course is worth what you paid, email hello@sellwithroxy.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

We ask you to do the work first because that is the only way to know whether it helps, and because it is not fair on the people who did.

The Objection Kit

The Kit is $47 and is delivered as a PDF the moment you pay. If it is not what you expected, email within 14 days and we will refund it. You do not need to justify yourself.

How to ask

Email hello@sellwithroxy.com from the address you bought with. Tell us the order number if you have it. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Payment plans

If you paid through Afterpay or Shop Pay Installments, the refund is processed back through them and they will adjust or cancel your remaining instalments. Their timeframes apply, not ours.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, which includes the course not being of acceptable quality, not matching its description, or not being fit for the purpose we described.
